The carnival committee of Niederglatt. Volunteers with real jobs, no IT department. For their 2027 carnival, the Zeitreise, they needed a website, sign-up forms for mask groups, helpers, and sponsors, sponsoring packages, and a program reveal where each station stays secret until its date.
We built the complete platform: the event website, three sign-up forms, sponsoring packages, QR codes on the print material that lead directly to registration, and one backoffice where everything lands. The four program stations stay sealed on the server until their date. Then they open by themselves.
